Services

We provide remote IT consulting services including but not limited to:

. Atlassian administration (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)

. Cloud consulting (AWS/Azure)

. DevOps and infrastructure support

. System configuration and integration

. Ongoing managed services

All services are delivered remotely under signed agreements or approved invoices.

Payment Terms

Invoices are due as stated on each invoice.

We accept payment via bank transfer (ACH), credit card, or other approved electronic methods.

For credit card payments, a processing fee may be applied where permitted by law.

Late payments may result in service suspension.

Delivery

Services are considered delivered as work is performed.

Ongoing services are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact SM Solutions INC directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without attempting resolution may be considered a breach of contract.

Limitation of Liability

SM Solutions INC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of services.
